Ali Toedtemeier

The College of Social Work welcomed Ali Toedtemeier as an assistant professor of social work in 2022. An alumna of both ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox’s bachelors and masters programs in social work, she worked the previous year as a self-employed therapist with A.JoyCounseling, providing individual therapy for adults. She also worked as a human service specialist with Yamhill County’s Adult Behavioral Health program from 2016 to 2022.

Toedtemeier was as an MSW supervisor at the Yamhill County Health and Human Services’ Adult Behavioral Health program in 2021-22, where she trained and supervised interns. Concurrently, she was as an adjunct professor in ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox’s social work program, specializing in working in the field seminar class. She previously served as a clinical services manager at the Chehalem Counseling Center (2011-15).

She earned a bachelor’s degree in social work in 2011 and a master of social work in 2016. Toedtemeier lives in Dundee with Travis Toedtemeier, an alumnus of ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox, and their children Noah and JoJo. They attend Northwest Christian Church in Newberg. She enjoys spending time with family, running, camping and cooking.
