Tuition Remission
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox offers incredible undergraduate and graduate tuition benefits to eligible employees and their spouse, as well as an undergraduate and tuition exchange program for dependent children.
Purpose
The primary purpose of the university’s tuition remission benefit is to assist regular, eligible employees in meeting the educational costs of college for themselves or their immediate family members. Primary consideration is given to obtaining a bachelor’s degree, although a more limited benefit is available for graduate programs as well.

Application Steps
Traditional Undergraduate (degree seeking)
Complete the . Apply during Tuition Remission Open Enrollment: October 1-31
Accelerated Online Degree Program (degree seeking)
Complete the . Apply at least 120 days before the beginning of the semester.
Employee Development Undergraduate Courses or Certificates (non-degree seeking)

Graduate Tier I Programs (full time and part time - degree seeking)
Complete the . Apply at least 120 days before the beginning of the semester.
Graudate Tier II Programs
Please review the Employee Handbook for more details on eligbility and contact your supervisor to apply. Supervisors can reach out to People & Culture to request the application.
You must apply for Tuition Remission for each academic year. For full time programs, apply during Tuition Remission Open Enrollment. For part time programs, apply at least 120 days before the semester begins. You will receive an approval notifications 90 days before the beginning of the semester.
Tuition Exchange
Where the is a benefit pertaining to enrollment at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox, the tuition exchange program provides employees the opportunity to apply, on behalf of their undergraduate dependent child, for tuition benefits at other higher education institutions.
The opening of the application period for tuition exchange will be announced every fall by the Office of Academic Affairs for awards available the next academic year. More information is available by contacting the academic affairs office at aao@georgefox.edu.
