Assistant Professor of Nursing

Grace Lownsbery

The nursing program hired alumna Grace Lownsbery as an assistant professor of nursing in 2024. She was already a familiar face on campus, working the previous five years as an adjunct clinical instructor and simulation operator in the nursing program.

Her experience also includes working as a staff nurse/nurse preceptor/charge nurse on the General Surgery Unit (2016-2019) and as a staff nurse/nurse preceptor/resource nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Salem Hospital (2019 to present). She will receive a master of science in nursing from Drexel University in the fall of 2024 after earning a bachelor of science in nursing degree from ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox in 2016.

Grace lives in Wilsonville and attends Theophilus Church. She enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, reading, traveling, camping, music, spending time with friends, and snuggling her cat.
