Ryan Halley, a professor of finance and financial planning, has been part of ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox University’s College of Business since 2009. From 2011 to 2014, he served as chair of the Department of Business and Economics. 

Halley is a facilitator for the Leadership Academies at CEB, a Gartner Company. He also has worked as a financial planner, wealth manager, financial consultant, leadership development program director, and as a state auditor for the State of Ohio. He earned a doctorate in personal financial planning from Texas Tech, an MBA from The Ohio State University, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He is a CFP® certificant and holds the Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) designation from the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education.

In the professional arena, Halley's love is for teaching, business development, bridging education and practice, and creating and building relationships with college students. His passions include sports, good music, personal fitness, small-scale farming, and anything outdoors (primarily fishing, hiking and camping).
