Michael Foster

Mike Foster joined ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox in 2007 after driving across the country. Prior to doing so, while in Pennsylvania, he earned a BS in engineering from Messiah College in 2002 and both an MS and PhD in mechanical engineering from Drexel University in 2006 and 2007, respectively.

Mike loves teaching and actively pursues content that details how people learn. His teaching responsibilities include applications of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and solid modeling and computer simulations. His technical interests involve integrating heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and basic chemical reactions in computational modeling.

His other passions include studying leadership principles and encouraging others to pursue their calling/purpose with a passion. Mike enjoys coffee chats with students and hanging out with his wife and three kids. He stays active through weight training, running, climbing, and playing volleyball and pickleball on a semi-regular basis.
